We believe every associate should have access to tools for continued success, from classes and seminars to tuition reimbursement and more.

Learning opportunities

Core competency skills training

We believe learning is not just accomplished through books, so we provide associates with hands-on training opportunities to advance their skills and apply what they’ve learned to real work situations. 

Online training courses

AmerisourceBergen associates are encouraged to enroll in our free classes and online training courses. These company-funded programs are designed to enhance current skills as well as prepare associates for transitioning into new career roles within the company.

Leadership and management seminars

Our annually-published classroom calendar includes courses and seminars specifically for associates who are interested in building stronger leadership skills and advancing to supervisor or management career roles.

Tuition reimbursement

After 6 months of full-time employment, associates are eligible for tuition assistance of up to $5,250 per calendar year for approved courses and books. Part-time associates that work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for assistance of up to $2,500 per year for approved courses and books.
