AmerisourceBergen Unveils New Global Headquarters in Conshohocken, PA & Announces Great Place to Work® Recognition

“Our new global headquarters has been thoughtfully designed and strategically located to promote team member engagement, and I believe the building is an accurate reflection of our culture and purpose to create healthier futures,” said Silvana Battaglia, Chief Human Resources Officer at AmerisourceBergen. “Whether teams choose to come into the office or work from home, we’re excited to have this resource available to team members and continue our flexible work dynamic. Maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture is extremely important to us, and we’re beyond proud to announce that our team members have deemed us a Great Place to Work for a third year.” 

Data was collected and validated by Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, on AmerisourceBergen’s positive company culture, workplace experience and contribution to the community. According to the third-party survey conducted, 85 percent of employees said AmerisourceBergen is a great place to work – 26 points higher than the average U.S. company. 88 percent of employee respondents said they are proud to tell others they work for the company.  

AmerisourceBergen and the AmerisourceBergen Foundation, an independent not-for-profit charitable giving organization focused on supporting health-related causes that enrich that global community, also acknowledged community grants and corporate gifts totaling $150,000 during today’s ribbon cutting ceremony. The Foundation has provided local community grants to All 4 Paws Rescue, Colonial Neighborhood Council, Patrician Society of Central Norristown, Schuylkill River Greenway Association, and Victim’s Services Center of Montgomery County. Through a corporate gift, national nonprofit Fresh Artists was able to install and display large-scale reproductions of children’s art throughout AmerisourceBergen’s headquarters. More than a third of the artwork was made by K-12 children in Norristown public schools. Fresh Artists mission is to ensure all children have access to art by delivering quality supplies and innovative art programs to under-funded public schools.
