Danny Nelson is Director of Business Coaching for AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation.

Danny joined AmerisourceBergen in 2000, where his work with pharmacy has provided him with a diverse background focusing on the health and success of independent pharmacy. Utilizing his experience with merchandising, front-end management, and purchasing, Danny quickly progressed from Account Manager to Business Development Manager, receiving multiple awards along the way for outstanding performance. In 2011, Danny became a Business Coach, drawing on his previous experience to help independent pharmacies maximize profit opportunities in their daily operations, focusing on inventory, labor, third party reimbursements, and data-driven marketing. Danny currently is one of the Directors of Business Coaching and has five reports that cover a 3rd of the country.

With a degree from Tarleton State University in Business Administration and Human Resources, Danny began his professional career in human resources and recruiting. Danny resides in Frisco, Texas.</p>
