What 3PL and QA services does Innomar Strategies offer?
When we think about third-party logistics, we tend to think of simply warehouse and distribution, but for QA GMP, we're capable of much more than that. Other services that we're capable of providing are validation services. As part of this, we actually have the in-house capability to execute validations of areas, storage areas, and equipment. Examples are ambient storage areas that operate at 15 to 25 °C, cooler areas that are maintaining 2 to 8 °C, freezer storage areas that maintain -15 to -25 °C, and in addition, ultra-low storage units that operate at -60 to -95 °C. We're able to execute pack-out or shipper lane studies to verify that in winter and summer months, the product temperature can be maintained within those pack-outs. And we also generate and execute transportation studies for various clients in support of their product license applications to Health Canada. Other services we provide are secondary labelling and secondary packaging services to various clients. This comes into play in instances where they need to re-carton, over-label, or replace inserts for finished products. So rather than having to send the product back to the manufacturer packager, we can actually execute that function on-site quite readily, actually. And in doing so, we have the ability to generate and execute batch records and/or protocols that are fully compliant with GMPs.
Other services that we have provided or can provide are recall services. So in addition to the general recall capabilities, we can manage overall recalls on behalf of our clients. This includes notification generation to the customers, translation services, consignee contacts, follow-up, recalled product or return product, reconciliation management, and if required, we can also liaise directly with Health Canada in that capacity. And in addition, products that are not yet approved in Canada, we can also fulfill and support SAP, or Special Access Program, importation and distribution on a limited basis, as approved by Health Canada. So rather than our clients having to go to multiple different service providers, Innomar can provide that all-in-one, one-stop shop point of contact for the client to really expedite their supply chain through distribution for Canada.
